Happy Hump Day, bitches! I should be heading out the door to go food shopping, but I don't feel like going. I'm not feeling good at all. So, I figured I'd procrastinate the trip to Shop Rite but partaking in the Random Wednesday link-up.

Yesterday I was scheduled for a CT scan of my lungs so the doctors can start figuring out why I get short of breath after I tie my shoelaces. Last Friday morning around 8am, I got a call from the radiologist that the authorization for the scan wasn't correct. She was going to put in a call to my rheumatologists office and she suggested I do the same. I put in 3 calls and heard nothing back. Monday morning, same thing. We both put in calls, and I didn't hear back from the authorization lady until 4:14 that day!!!! So needless to say, my CT scan was cancelled. I just couldn't risk the authorization not going through and getting a thousands of dollars bill. DO YOUR DAMN JOB. I realize right now I am out on disability being a drain on the economy, but if I didn't do my job when I was working, my ass would have been fired and I would lose my nursing license. I know my CT scan being delayed a few days is not a matter of life and death, but that's not the point. Someone didn't do their friggen job, and now I'm the one suffering. Ass hats.

While in bed yesterday, I caught up on a lot of trash television. Has anyone out there noticed that Scott Disick's new friend Dani on Kourntey & Kim Take Miami is the same gal who was the runner up in Season 1 of A Shot of Love With Tila Tequila? Anyone? Probably not, as I'm pretty sure I was the only person on the planet that watched the train wreck that was A Shot of Love With Tila Tequila.

Still on the subject of reality shows, Tierra from The Bachelor needs to be voted off the island. Bitch is cray. As a nurse, I suggest she find someone to prescribe her some Lithium. Then head to her local mall for some serious eyebrow threading.

I'm a MAC gal through and through, but the Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation caught my eye. I have Girl Product ADD (this is a real condition!) so I'm always trying out new stuff. For a drugstore foundation, I have to say, I'm pretty impressed. It doesn't cover my lupus rashes with one layer, but it's buildable and doesn't look cakey. I used MAC's Fix+ spray over each layer, and it gave a really nice finish. Not matte yet not real dewy. Thumbs up to Revlon!

I have Girl Product ADD, too, but I never knew the name for it until now! Thank you! In fact, I'm currently prohibiting myself from buying (certain) products until I either use the ones I have or decide that they're just not going to work for me and get rid of them.
