Happy Sunday everyone! It's 3:11am here on the east coast, so it's technically now Sunday for the entire country. I'm clearly having some insomnia, so I figured I'd put my sleeplessness to good use. It's been a few weeks since I've linked up with Neely and Ashley for Sunday Social, so without further ado...
1. What is the name of your blog? How long have you been blogging?
The name of my blog is Luck Fupus and I have been blogging for 9 months and 2 weeks.
2. Why do you blog?
In my 31 years here on Earth I have had 4 open-heart surgeries, have been diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (and other autoimmune diseases) and cervical cancer. I drew the short straw in the family gene pool. This gives me a lot of writing material. I also write about my handsome Hubby, our adorable kitty Princess Matzo Ball Honey Boo Boo Child, and our day-to-day-sometimes-crazy-never-boring life!

3. What is the first blog you ever followed?

4. What is your favorite blog post you wrote in 2012?
I have a few that are near and dear to me but, I'm Too Sexy For My Hair where I wrote about shaving my head due to hair loss from lupus.
5. What are your blogging goals for 2013?
First and foremost, I want to write more. I hope to be an advocate and bring awareness to the diseases I struggle with, and I want others that struggle to know they are not alone. I want anyone that reads this blog to realize that life may hand you a lot of lemons, but being a sour puss isn't going to help anything. Laughter (and MAC makeup!) is the best medicine. I'm able to put a silly, sarcastic, witty twist on some less than desirable situations. I love "meeting" new people in the blogging world, and have started to talk to some pretty kick-ass gals!
