"Pour a little sugar on it..."

I'm a fraud.

F.R.A.U.D.

Not 20 minutes after I hit "publish" on yesterday's I Don't Like Valentine's Day post, Hubby comes walking in the door with Godiva truffles and a dozen red roses.

And I can't lie, it made me happy. So happy that I became one of those saps on Facebook that took a "look how much my husband loves me picture!" Sorry about that. Also, I may or may not have eaten 75% of those truffles already.

Valentines Day calories don't count. Or so I've heard.

Anyway, the end of the week is already here. It flew by, and it has been a week of being very busy and feeling like shit. Fun times. Fun times. Like I said, my extra shot of steroid last week wore off and I crashed big time. Some days were incredibly hard to get moving.

It's time to link up with Joy over at The Sowell Life for the Friday Five...

1. Later this morning I have my long awaited appointment with a pulmonologist. Remember that CT scan I was supposed to get of my lungs a few weeks ago? Nope, still haven't had it done. Still waiting on insurance. We have kick ass insurance. I don't understand.
I'm anxious to hear what the doctor has to say, and I'm also wondering if without the CT scan results, she can really do anything substantial for me just yet. My shortness of breath has been getting worse. Fingers crossed and I'll keep you all updated.

Balls.

2. If you read this blog regularly, you quickly learn that I have a love for things all things girly. Especially cosmetics.
Allow me to introduce The Archie Girls collection from MAC cosmetics.

The packaging alone made me squeal with delight. The collection features products inspired by the All-American girl next door Betty or the sultry Veronica from the Archie comics. I was able to get my hands on 4 of the products before they sold out.

Veronica pigment in Black Poodle

Veronica pigment in Magic Spells

Veronica lipglass in Mall Madness

Pearlmatte face powder in Veronica's Blush

3. Alright kids from the 90's... THIS is happening!!!
A JTT & Tim the Tool Man Taylor reunion!

I don't watch the show, but I might for this!!!

4. Hubby finished painting our bedroom last night. With the paint and our gorgeous new furniture, our bedroom now looks like something out of Property Brothers.
Eat your hearts out, Jonathan & Drew

5. I heart this vanity.

Hip hip HOOOORAY for the weekend!!!

Love you all <3

  2. I have a confession.... I'm pretty sure I've seen EVERY episode of Property Brothers. Can't get enough of that show. And TBS use to run Tool Time every morning (yes, the Mr and I were watching while we would get ready in the mornings) but now they've stopped running it. =( LOVING that vanity. However, it wouldn't match anything in our house! HA! I love makeup and facial products and have never heard or seen this line from MAC. I'll be on the look out! And good luck with the appt today! Praying you get some good news! Happy Friday, and thanks for linking up!

  4. How freakin' cute are those Archie cosmetics! And I love that vanity. I don't really have a place for one. Maybe in my bedroom but that could be awkward. Hmmmm...

I hope your appointment is fruitful today and they can do something to help you.
