Happy Hump Day, my loves! It's been a rough couple of days for yours truly, as I have only been able to keep down nourishment in the form of Popsicles and broth. Ugh.
I was perfectly fine Monday morning, I had a great walk on the treadmill at the gym, then came home to do some housework and relax. I made the leftovers from our fancy dancy anniversary dinner for lunch, and
And let the stomach pains begin.
All I'm gonna say is that you haven't truly lived until you've cleaned up your own regurgitated, undigested $35 filet mignon.
First. World. Problems.
Anyway, I thought the food didn't agree with me, but again, this has turned into 2 days in bed eating nothing but Popsicles and broth.
I'm feeling better this AM, but a little nervous to put anything real in my stomach just yet.

I got the results of my CT scan in the mail, but I'm going to wait until I see my rheumatologist tomorrow before I delve into that. Sigh.

At 7:04 EST, I received this...
I'm FREEEEEEE!!!!!!!

That's about all I've got for today. Tomorrow I have my appointment with the rheumatologist and my chemo, so I'm probably going to be MIA til next week. Hope you all have a fabulous rest of the week and weekend.
It's supposed to storm pretty badly up here in the Northeast (it's fricken March... seriously?!?!?!?!) so anyone up in these neck of the woods, please be safe. And say a little prayer (forever, forever, you'll stay in my heart!) for Anne, as she is supposed to be traveling back to Kansas City from Providence, RI tomorrow. It's not looking good.
Love you all

So sorry you've been sick.
ReplyDeleteMuch love to you over the next few days. Relax and rest as much as you can!
Ugh, so sorry you're not feeling well. At least you didn't have to work out those days. Silver lining - always a silver lining.
ReplyDeleteughhhh so sorry for your stomach problems. that sounds terrible. and hope the results of the CT scan go well!!
ReplyDeleteI really love popsicles, but not when that's the only thing I can eat because I'm sick. Boo, hiss.
ReplyDeleteI'll be thinking of you the next couple days and keeping my fingers crossed.
Congrats on paying off your loans! I feel for you that you had to work with ACS. I have had so much trouble with them, they constantly lose my checks and are so incredibly unhelpful when I try to talk to them on the phone. Hopefully you didn't have those same problems. Only a few thousand more dollars and I'm done with them for good too...!
